Patch notes

## Gear, combat, and rewards Gear is a percent of your character, so it keeps up as your stats grow. Item level and tier both raise that percent. A tier 1 level 1 piece stays small. The tier screen shows the real change on the piece, such as Strength 17% → 19%. Tiers now run through to Monolith. A full Monolith set at level 100, with combat modifiers raised to the item level, matches that stat. The piece itself is half of that. A combat modifier raised to the same level is the other half. Each piece can open up to 4 modifier slots. Opening them costs 1, 2, 3, then 4 of one rare component. Raising a modifier costs Xeno, Starstone, Neutronite, or Glowvine: 25,000 for the first level, then 25,000 more for each level after that. You can buy several levels at once. A modifier cannot go past the item's level. The same boost cannot be on one piece twice. It can be on every piece. Resetting modifiers does not give back what you spent. Combat modifiers add that piece's share of your strength, speed, defence, accuracy, dodge, or health. A shield takes more of your defence than gloves do. Gold, XP, drop, harvest, and quest modifiers are 0.1% per level. That percent is added on top of credit boosts, so +10% means 10% more of that reward. Credit boosts stay the larger bonus. A stat-drop modifier never makes the drop certain, and the chance gets smaller as that stat gets higher. ## Fighting and rewards Hit chance is your accuracy's share of accuracy plus dodge, from 5% to 95%. The same ratio hits the same whether the stats are small or huge. The battle page can suggest a mob for nearly every win, about 95% wins, best gold per hour, and best XP per hour. Best gold and best XP use expected wins, so a slightly harder fight can pay more. Gold per win is higher, and it no longer flattens at high mobs. XP per win is lower at high mobs, and the XP to level grows more slowly to match. ## Winner! The current first place in a level ranking shows a badge next to their name.
