Clan Buildings

Clan **buildings** (upgrades) are purchased with clan funds and benefit every member. ## How upgrades work 1. A member with **Upgrade buildings** permission (captain, default vice-captain, or a custom rank with that permission) opens **Clan** → **Upgrades**. 2. Choose a building and pay from **clan funds**, or **mark it for construction**. 3. Each level applies a small bonus to all members. ### Mark for construction Leaders with upgrade permission can mark a building for construction when the treasury cannot afford it yet (or instead of buying immediately). While marked: - If clan funds already cover the cost, it builds right away. - Otherwise it stays marked and **builds automatically** as soon as donations, taxes, or other deposits make the treasury able to pay. - Cancel the mark anytime before it builds. A mark applies to the **next level** only. After it builds, mark again for the following level if you want. Bonuses from multiple levels of the same building stack. ## Buildings | Building | Effect per level | |----------|------------------| | **Sleeping Quarters** | +1 maximum clan member capacity | | **Augmentation Bay** | +2.5% stat drop rate for members | | **War Room** | +2.5% battle XP for members | | **Survey Bay** | +2.5% harvesting XP for members | | **Refinery Annex** | +2.5% battle gold for members | | **Scavenger Post** | +2.5% platinum and rare drop chance | | **Resource Depot** | +2.5% harvest and harvest drone yields for members | | **Quest Board** | +2.5% quest rewards for members | | **Boss Armory** | +2.5% clan boss damage and clan asteroid harvest contribution | | **Action Bay** | +10% action pool for levels 1–5, then +5% per level | > **Note:** Percentages are per upgrade level.
